Great Experience
Our house was built in 1989, and had the original windows and doors when we bought it 4 years ago. The draftiness was physically noticeable as was the utilities cost. We paid a little more for our windows from Harley, but their craftsmanship and quality is second-to-none. We've already noticed a big difference. And as a homeowner, the warranty is unbeatable. From the salesman, to the project manager, to the install contractors - our experience was excellent.
Friendly and politely
My installers were very polite and apologetic when they didn’t have my door and bathroom window not fault to them. They weren’t given my final invoice so I had to call the office to pay my balance. They cleaned up after themselves.

Robbin was an awesome sales guy. No pressure and he really knows a lot about windows. Robbin put us at ease with his knowledge. Then working with project manager, Janet streamlined the whole process.
