Chris was great! He knew everything about windows. He showed areas that needed attention on my current windows and was able to really demonstrate the different levels/options of windows out there. His energy is contagious and was the best part of the experience thus far.

Conner was great to work with. He was able to answer every question we asked, knew and understood the product and best of all no hard sale. He just informed us of the benefits of these windows and while we agreed to the sale of 5 windows, we were so impressed of Conners information we wanted and knowledge, we called back a few days later and ordered 6 more. Conner than came back for a full review of cost and placement. Very pleasant young man. Knows his product.
Above and beyond
He was extremely thorough. He offered to go to Home Depot to get a tarp to cover the leak until the roof could be replaced. I told him that I had a couple cans of flex seal and wondered if that would work. He read the can, went back onto the roof and sprayed the seal around all the vents, pipes and chimney. He offered to come back and help me with the out-of-control blackberry bushes on a day off. I probably won't do that but it's so nice to have the option. You can tell that he really admires the Harley company and what they stand for. The pride shines through! I was just like that before I retired. You can see that it's more than just a job.
