window replacement
I am very pleased with the total package of 13 windows replaced. All of the crew worked well together and did a great job on removal and install. The caulking was done neatly and everything cleaned up....even the windows washed! GREAT JOB

Window Replacement
2 guys very courteous - Efficient - installation of windows, inside & out side trim very nicely done. Outside trim perfectly matched the existing. Entire install & cleanup completed in one day. Please inform your installers to ask owners whether they are planning to stain or paint the inside trim. Because stain WILL NOT cover the calk used on finish nailing.
Great Windows
My wife and I had a good experience with getting the deal completely done and our new windows installed. The crew performance was great! We love our new windows! However when we tried to get someone to come back to look at a part of some work that was left un-done. No one ever got back with use to resolve the issue. There is still a piece of panel under my house, underneath my window that is still not nailed back in place. I have to put a large rock to hold it up in place for fear a stray animal might find it's way under the opening. I still have to get this taken care of. I just don't believe I will get that fixed by the ones whom removed it in the first place? I think with all the money we spent, we at least deserve that courtesy. For future costumer. My sure your work is completely finished before you let the workers leave. They might not come back to fix any unfinished work. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!
