Follow up
I was called yesterday by Harley Exterior and was asked how our windows were holding up. It's been a year since the install and we have been very satisfied with our windows. The crew that installed the windows did a fantastic job. They asked if we needed any doors and I made an appointment for today. The salesman (Robin) who sold us our windows stopped by and checked out our windows and looked at our doors and we decided that the doors were good for now and had a nice visit. There is no pressure to buy but when you see the quality product they have and the warranty, they pretty much sell themselves. I have told people about our windows and have recommended them and will continue to do so. The house looks great with our new windows.
Complete Satisfaction
We had half our windows installed, there was an issue with how our old windows. So they had to come in and repair half of our wall. They did a great job with the repair. The remaining windows were changed out 2 years later, totally satisfied. We also had a new roof and a new door installed. The sales people, the workers/installers were all professional. Cleaned up after each installation. Thank you
Fixed the right way
I hadn't planned on doing my gutters and windows instead but Robin was here and snow/ice damaged one of my gutters so ended up doing that instead of the rest of my windows. They replaced a downspout that wasn't put in correctly by the builder so I no longer have Niagra Falls going out my back door.

Harley was not the cheapest but they were the best. Measured and installed accurately with friendly and efficient workers. Absolutely I will have them replace the rest of my windows soon
Outstanding service and performance
I had all the windows in my house replaced, and a new window added to the kitchen and was amazed at the difference it made this summer! My house stayed so much cooler than last year and I still don't have air conditioning! I didn't miss it during the heat wave! Installation was great, the crew were friendly and courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. They did excellent work and I have no complaints.
