Super Efficient!
The installers arrived in the first 30 minutes of their 2 hour arrival window and got to work right away. They cleaned up after themselves and were respectful of our home. We had two giant custom windows, two sliding windows, and a sliding glass door with a dog door installed. They were done within 5 hours. When we told our families, they were suprised thinking it would be a multi-day install. They had us double check everything was to our liking before heading out and we were in love. We are so happy to have new, safer, more efficient windows and back door (which our dog loves)!
Would recommend them
I thought the experience went about as well as it could go other than some of the trim on a couple of the windows is a little clumpy. But overall I'm very happy with the work they did and the windows are great. All very respectful. They did the job in two separate installments. The second time I had not received a call ahead of time but it worked out anyway. Would recommend them to anyone.
Very pleased with our windows
I've been very pleased with our windows, they have made a noticeable difference. Nico helped us get a new door and is our favorite consultant. He’s is not pushy, and he is very respectful. We are excited about our new door!
Excellent craftsmanship
My experience having my windows replaced by Harley Exteriors from the time I was first introduced to the product and provided a sample and demonstration of the windows to the completion of the installation was very positive. The quality of the windows and the work they performed to replace my old single pane windows, the clean up including the final touches of adding the additional strips of wood and caulking to ensure they were sealed was top notch. I fortunately had the worked scheduled before the cold front came in and it certainly was worth it and helped keeping the heat in. Excellent craftsmanship.
Window installation
Had some of my windows replaced in April. They were on time. Prepared my house by protecting my floors etc. They were very efficient and professional. Helped me move a few items I hadn't been able to move myself. Finished the job and cleaned everything up quickly. Would have them do other work in my home when needed.

Window installation
From that sales rep who came out and explained these windows to me until I got them installed everyone was terrific. The installers were friendly and on time and they were very helpful. They cleaned everything up and I have thoroughly enjoyed my windows. My house is so much quieter and my temperature more even.

The salesperson was so very personable and really built my confidence in the quality of the product and the entire team. Then the installers were just great. Very friendly, careful, communicative and overall very professional.

The installers were excellent. The windows look great. They have weathered the few storms so far. The cost was considerable but we got what we paid for.
