Slider with dog door
We love the doggy door. However the plate on the threshold didn’t go all the way across the opening. This was remedied with a plate that spanned across the opening leaving a 1x1” hole what the plate should been cut down to fill in that that hole. When the man came out to address this he said a plastic plate that would go from bottom to top and cover that. He did not have this. Another appointment was made to snap this in. Today I’m waiting for someone to come. This has taken months all together. But for this small problem we are happy with out windows and doggy door and love the unlimited warranty
Great Work
From the salesman, Jordan in the office and the installer crew, they treated me with respect. The day the installers arrived and the windows were removed with a protective “tent”. A very strong wind started and lasted the entire time they were here. They never stopped and it was quite dangerous, especially the upper windows. They were on ladders with the wind blasting against them. The “tent” was horizontal with sawdust everywhere. I’m very pleased with their work.
Gutters
We feel we made the write decision choosing Harley Very pleased with the results and the look of our new gutters. Install team was quick and clean. The did however forget to install facia boards that were recommended for the 6” gutter. Our rep was quick to inspect and confirm this did not lower the quality of install and gladly refunded us on that portion of the job. We are happy with the outcome.
