Install
The install of the windows went well. I m happy with the fit and finish of the windows. I had to have the installer come back and wash the windows. They did a poor job washing the windows on install. They need to use window cleaning fluid on a rag and scrub the window then use a squeegee to finish them off. When I do the windows I use a squeegee that has a vacuum as part of it. It is made by Karcher. I also use there fluid much better than winded fluid.

Window installation review
I am 100% please with the service and product. One of my biggest concerns was energy efficiency. On the hottest day of the year and in direct sunlight, I put my hand on the window and rug where the sun shines as coming in, both were cool to the touch. I touched the door underneath the window and I burned my hand. It passed my test. Now having the best windows in the neighborhood is just a bonus. 😊

The crew came at 9am and worked steadily all day til they completed the job and all the cleanup. 12 old windows removed and new ones custom made were installed. Great job done by the crew of 6
