Best Window Experience
We were originally looking to replace 1 non-opening window, though also wanted a total assessment as our windows were going on 30 years. The assessment found only 5 that were recommended for replacement, though we opted for all 23. The options were fully explained, the sales rep had samples of the varied levels of window products available. The visuals made the process easier to understand. We opted for the replacement that did not require a repair of our inside or outside trim. The windows were measured individually to ensure a custom fit. The installation was within a month and on our schedule. The final result is that they look beautiful and let in even more light than what we had previously. There was an error in the style of 1 window, a replacement was ordered and installed within a week of the initial install. They look wonderful and are easier to operate that what we had previously. A nice clean look. The installers were prompt, courteous and cleaned up the job site on finishing. We believe the price was reasonable for the quality of both the windows and installation. We are very pleased, especially with the full warranty information was transmitted electronically after final payment cleared.
