We had an 40+ year old glass sliding glass door that needed replaced. I appreciated that Harley Extereiors offered numerous options with different quality and price points to find a match that worked for our budget. The built in dog door is a must for our home. Having a custom door installed that met that need, on top of now having a door that isn't older than I am, is truly a worth while investment. The lifetime warranty is phenomenal and I would recommend them to anyone wanting new installations

Sales staff clear h thorough about options. Scheduling staff friendly & prompt. Project manager & site manager profession yet friendly. Installation crew focused, worked together as a team seamlessly, set-up site & cleared site in organized & thorough way. On time within time frames given despite unpredictable ferry schedule. Responded promptly to 2 items to revisit: missing drip groove on 1 window frame & 1 bag of trash - both points handled satisfactorily. Project manager was relaxed and attentive to the response request - obvious our satisfaction was the priority. 2 young men who manned the vendor both at Vashon Strawberry Festival July 24 - were our introduction & we have not been disappointed!
Easiest process by far!
We’ve been renovating our home since 2020, and windows were one of the last items on our list. Most companies made replacing our windows cost prohibitive, but then we found Harley Exteriors. Not only are their prices reasonable, the windows are so nice!!! Our sales rep was super friendly and knowledgeable, and the installation was a breeze! The crew was fast and efficient, and I was shocked at how clean they left our home when they were done! I highly recommend!!!

Wonderful Windows
I have had a difficult time pouring up curtains because the windows are so beautiful. They were becoming so obscured by fog you almost didn't need curtains, they were 40 years old. I find myself just standing and looking out them. The team were very respectful of my home. They worked so consistently, even past the time they were to leave, trying to finish. They did. They cleaned up all the mess and took it all away. I'm happy with my decision. I love them. Harley was easy to work with and the workers were great.
