Overall, very good. We are still waiting for a couple of parts that I may have to call and follow up on. The little weep hole covers were missing from three of the windows and a broken interior finish strip that was going to be replaced. The windows are definitely quieter than the old ones and seem to be more insulated. We are happy with the results.
