Had a great experience
Everything from the initial estimate to the installers was great. The estimator was friendly and professional, not too pushy. Once we got all of the paperwork sorted out, they gave me a timeline for install. They were actually able to install about 10 days earlier than expected. On install day the crew was on time, friendly and professional. I was impressed by their prep work and caution to not leave a mess behind. The whole process was seamless and easy. I like the look and quality of the windows. I’m looking forward to finishing the rest of my house in the near future.

The team installed my windows patio door in half a day. The appearance is spectacular. I immediately noticed a difference in change from blocking that light. The out side noise reduction the amount of direct sunlight coming through and the temperature change from the sunlight being blocked. The outside noise reduction was also cut by 50%. I sleep better because passing cars no longer disturb me.

The men who replaced my windows were very conscientious. They were pleasant, worked well together, were clean and tidy, and cleaned up very nicely. I enjoyed having them here, and am really enjoying my new windows.

Replacement of living room and office windows
The work was completed within two days replacing 12 windows. The 3 person crew was courteous and helpful. After reviewing their completed work we decided to replacement 11 bedroom windows. We hope that work will be started and completed soon.

The windows are beautiful and we love them! The installation team are amazing artistic craftsmen. We had anxiety after the purchase but after installing we are really glad we made the decision to go with Harley Exteriors! I have spoken with Vernon and left a message for Steve with yet no response. I would like a receipt detailing our order snd showing our payments in full. Also a note saying that the warranty extends to the next owner as we are 75 and 84 and expect to be selling in the next 5-10 years if not sooner. Replace slider with French door.
They did a great job of installing my new French door and it looks beautiful. I would call Harley for any future projects.
