I am writing to let you know how much we and our pets are enjoying our new Pet Door Slider that was installed by your company last month. Within a few days, our dogs had discovered that they could come in and out whenever they pleased even when we are away for the day at work. Before, they were forced to remain inside all day and use puppy pads strategically placed throughout our home, something they never really caught on to.Our Arizona dogs are thrilled with the opportunities the Harley Pet Door Slider has given them to explore the back yard during the daytime hours and we don't worry about them getting too hot because they can come and go as they please.
The old sliding glass door really wasn't accommodating, using a stick to limit access wasn't very secure. And the panel doors you see in the stores didn't seem anymore secure or safe to us for our "kids". When we saw the Harley Exterior Pet Door Slider at the Home Show we were delighted to find something that was so secure and clean compared to the standard doors and panel options.
After meeting with your salesman and learning how the door was more secure than a standard sliding glass door against theft but also against the elements, we were impressed. Add to that the fact that it was identical in look to the exterior of our home, a point of concern since we have an HOA, and we were hooked.
I want to commend your install team as well. They arrived within the pre determined time and were very professional and courteous, especially with our dogs. They easily removed the old door, installed the new Pet Door Slider and made sure everything was sealed, secured and working as it should. Once the installation was complete, they cleaned up everything both inside and out. I couldn't even tell that the door hadn't been there originally, not a scratch on the walls inside or out! Considering that the entire install took place during a rainstorm I was quite impressed!
Your team's quality and professionalism are excellent! I would highly recommend your company's products to everyone. They are more than worth the price in quality, function and beauty.

Dear Harley Exteriors,
I am writing to express our satisfaction with the recent window installation in our home.
You replaced 12 windows and a patio slider and we couldn't be more pleased. The installation was completed in one day and I was amazed at the efficiency with which your installers were able to remove the old windows and install the new ones with no damage and very little mess. They cleaned up all debris and left the house in better shape than when they came.
The windows have been a huge visual improvement to our home as well as a practical improvement. It didn't take long before we noticed a change in the temperature inside our home. No more gale winds blowing through the house!! Our daughter actually sleeps in her bedroom on a regular basis now that the temperature is tolerable. We had attempted through various methods, additional floor insulation and changes to floor coverings, to increase the temperature in her room but to no avail.
I have given your name and number to friends who have inquired and highly recommended your company to them.
We couldn't be happier with the results.

RE: Letter of appreciation for installation of New Olympic Windows.
It has been about ten months since the installation of the new Olympic Windows in our house by your company. We would like to express our appreciation for the good product and professional installation that you provided us. Mark and his crew were very good - they did the work very carefully, with almost no damage to the existing tile parapets, and in the promised time frame of 3 days.
We are very happy with the windows - it is a big difference compared to the single pane, aluminum frame windows we had before. It is even better than some other brands of double pane windows that our friends have. It provides us good insulation in the hot days of summer - our visitors even thought we had an air conditioning - and in the cold days of fall and winter it saves heat, and yet the house is very comfortable.
We would recommend the Olympic Windows to anybody, who, like we before, doubts the savings and benefits that this product with your professional installation can bring.
